Dr. Anderson, along with being an Optometrist, is responsible for leading ICON’s clinical and operational activities in the Grand Junction region. In this capacity, Dr. Anderson establishes and manages processes that ensure exceptional patient experience and surgical outcomes.
Dr. Anderson grew up in Casper, WY. He attended the University of Wyoming where he studied pre-med and also received his bachelors degree in Business Administration. Dr. Anderson gained valuable leadership skills during his six years working for the United States Forest Service managing logistics and personnel during Wildland Fire Suppression and Search and Rescue operations. Dr. Anderson attended Optometry School at Pacific University, in Forest Grove, Oregon. In 2009 Dr. Anderson received an award of ‘Excellence in Contact Lens Patient Care’ by the American Optometric Foundation.
Dr. Anderson moved to Colorado in 2009 and currently lives in Grand Junction. In his free time, Dr. Anderson enjoys rock climbing, backcountry skiing, and mountain biking.
