First eye exam in 10 years — wasn’t sure what to expect and was nervous after reading some of the negative reviews online. Found ICON Eyecare through my insurance website for eligible eye service providers, and was not disappointed! Walked in and within 5 mins I was being seen. No copay for me, so that was great. All the techs walked me through each step of the exam and what they were doing, made me feel comfortable.
ICON is simply amazing! From scheduling to ease of surgery, everything was great other than the fact they tried to up sell the better eye surgery pretty hard it was awesome! But even that wasn’t that bad!
I had laser eye surgery this month and was impressed with how quickly I was in and out for my appointments. I was especially impressed that all my appointments could be done on the weekend . I was seen on a Sunday for my first day post-op exam. I was thoroughly impressed!
