I was very impressed with the front staff as well as the doctor and assistants. I was greeted by wonderful ladies at the front desk. They offered me a bottle of water while I waited, as well as stepped out to the waiting area to return my ID & medical cards when my paperwork was processed. Once I was able to see the doctor, she answered all of my questions about my current circumstances.
I have been an ICON patient for 20 years when I had my first Lasik. They have continued to take care of my eyes all these years. I just found out they have a location in Golden!! I was so excited because it’s much closer to my house. The facility is immaculate! I was greeted warmly by a man and woman at the desk. My wait was quick when they took me to my room. My doctor was super friendly and took time to answer my questions.
Dr. Katie Goldhair and team are thorough, caring and take great care of their patients. In addition to my annual exam, Dr. Goldhair performed two surgical procedures on each eye.
The expected outcomes have been realized; the journey too that point was pleasant and easy, thanks to the team's guidance and expertise.
